In 2026, the Philippine government passed the SIM Registration Act (Republic Act No. 11934). This law says that every mobile SIM card must be linked to a real person. The rule applies to every network, including Smart, TNT, Globe, TM, and DITO.

Many people found the registration process confusing. There were many steps, different apps, and slightly different rules for each network. We built this website to make things simple. We wanted one place where anyone could learn how to register their SIM, no matter which network they use.
